The reservoir supplied with Kimla machines has a capacity of 200 litres, allowing hours of cutting without stopping to refill the abrasive. Thanks to the hopper, the abrasive can be refilled easily, the mushroom-shaped valve rises automatically.

RTE - interpolation
Kimla water jets are equipped with controllers that set position, speed, torque and acceleration simultaneously, which is possible thanks to very fast data transfer between the interpolator and servo drives via real-time Ethernet (RTE). As a result, the dynamic accuracy of machines is particularly high. This can be seen very clearly at high speeds and complex shapes.

The powerful Accustream pump is equipped with an external oil cooling system that allows the heat exchanger to be placed outside the building, for example, reducing space requirements and noise.

Kimla waterjets are equipped with Accustream abrasive controllers that allow a finely adjustable amount of the abrasive to be sent to the head. This allows you to fine-tune the amount of abrasive to the material being processed and the specific conditions.
