Routing Alucobond®

Alucobond® is a brand name of high-quality composite facade panels consisting of two aluminium outer layers with a mineral plastic core in the middle. Alucobond® sheets have a very high fire resistance and are excellent for cladding facades and buildings.

Alucobond® sheets can be properly routed on a CNC routing machine. The sheets can be routed to the right size and fitted with recesses, wheeping holes, eyelets, hooks, fold lines,... and then screwed, riveted or fixed to a building or facade as a folded cassette.

Thanks to Diager's high-speed twin cutters, you can easily and smoothly apply grooves and fold lines in Alucobond®. The tool can be used at high speed and guarantees a high level of finish.

The ‘+ Coating’ ensures even longer life of your routing tools, the cutters with shank diameter 6 mm are available with a brass ring, so you can also use the tools on a Zünd machine.
