About our machines
Buying a machine is a major decision. From the first contact, we determine via a detailed needs analysis which machine meets your expectations. This is how we lay the foundation stone of a long-standing business relationship. We weigh up all the pros and cons together with you, so that we come to a conclusive conclusion and you buy the right machine without any doubt.
Our machines are built with the greatest care and are exclusively assembled with quality parts. All machines and accessories are CE compliant and comply with the machinery directive. Where necessary, every machine is fitted with the necessary safety devices as standard, such as pressure strips, magnetic contacts, inductive proximity switches and / or light curtains.
You will receive a standard 12-month warranty on your new machine against construction errors. The GCC lasers come with a 24-month warranty. (Both on machine and laser tube.) Different warranty conditions apply to second-hand machines.
That's possible! A machine can be purchased via a leasing formula at the best and most interesting rates through your own financial institution.
That depends on which machine you have ordered. Our Cyborg routers are built exclusively to order and we need an average of 18 to 20 weeks to build them. (Excluding holiday periods.) Engraving machines, lasers, grinders and other equipment can very often be delivered from stock or at short notice.
An order confirmation and an advance invoice of 50% are issued for milling machines. When the machine is ready for delivery, you will receive a total invoice and a credit note from the advance invoice. The balance is paid on delivery.
We ask for advance payment for other investment goods such as lasers and engraving machines. As soon as your payment has been received and processed, everything is prepared for delivery & installation.
For consumables such as plates, accessories, cutters, ... you can request a payment term which we will then determine in mutual consultation.
About our services
Unexpected problems can sometimes occur, we solve them quickly and correctly. First we determine whether the problem can be solved remotely via Teamviewer Corporate. If that is not possible, we will proceed to the next step.
Small devices, such as an engraving machine or a desktop laser, can be brought in for a check or repair in our workshops in Kontich. As soon as your machine has been repaired, we will notify you and your machine can be picked up again.
Large, heavy machines cannot be moved, in which case we schedule an intervention by one of our field engineers. They will visit you with a fully equipped van and solve the problem quickly and adequately.
Have you bought a new router or laser? We think it is only normal we also explain how to use the new machine optimally. Before delivery you will receive (depending on which machine you have purchased) an overview or technical file that clearly explains what preparations you need to make. After delivery and installation, an extensive training follows. That way you can get started with your machine as quickly as possible.
We don't do that, we can and only want to take responsibility for machines built, supplied and / or installed by us. We cannot perform work on machines purchased elsewhere.
You can of course call on our trained field engineers to have your Cyborg milling machine or GCC laser serviced. We visit you on site and ensure that everything remains in tip-top condition, so that you can work with your machine for years to come. During maintenance, the necessary procedures are followed and carried out, if parts have to be replaced due to wear and tear, we do the necessary.
Engraving machines and desktop lasers can be brought into our workshops for a complete check-up and maintenance.
Orders for consumables such as cutters, engraving plates, parts, accessories,… are delivered per UPS Standard. If you order before 12:00, your package will be delivered the next working day. If you need something urgently, you can choose UPS Express.
Machines are delivered by van, truck or if necessary with a crane truck.
No, that is not necessary. We have Teamviewer Corporate with multiple users, all you have to do is download a free Teamviewer version. The fact that your computer has a stable, fast internet connection is of course a plus.
